DescriptionDescription  Per la pasta Frolla Sulla spianatoia facciamo una fontana con la farina, al centro aggiungiamo, le uova, la bustina di vaniglia, il burro, la bustina di lievito e una scorzetta di limone grattugiato. Amalgamiamo con le mani gli ingredienti piano piano, formando una pasta morbida, compatta ed omogenea. L'impasto non va' lavorato molto con le mani. Copriamo, quindi, con un telo umido e facciamo riposare per una mezz'ora.
InstructionsInstructions  Per la Pignolata Infariniamo la spianatoia, stacchiamo dall'impasto dei pezzetti e ricaviamo dei bastoncini della grandezza di un dito. Con un coltello tagliamoli a dadini. Prepariamo una terrina adatta per friggere con abbondante strutto, mettiamo sul fuoco e, quando sara' diventato caldo, tuffiamo poco alla volta i dadini di pasta. Quando risulteranno dorati, scoliamo e asciughiamo su carta assorbente. Scaldiamo intanto il miele insieme alla scorzetta di limone, a fuoco moderato senza farlo mai bollire. Tuffiamo dentro i dadini mescolando delicatamente con un cucchiaio di legno. Man mano che sono pronti, disponiamoli su un piatto di portata. Alla fine spolverizziamo con i diavoletti colorati .
